You are about to begin your CSSM certification application. Your application should take less than 30 minutes. Please have the following information available:
• RN license information
• Degree information
• Continuing Education activity details
• Work experience details
• Documentation for ADA accommodations (if requested)
• Debit/credit card information or voucher code for payment
Completed applications are typically approved in less than 24 hours unless your application is randomly selected for further review (audit). Once your application is approved, you must schedule a date to take your exam in the 3 months following the month in which you apply. These 3 months are your testing window.
For example, if you apply and are approved in January, you must schedule your exam in February, March, or April; if you apply and are approved in June, you must schedule your exam in July, August, or September. |
